Manifold is gas engineer software built by Easy Insight Limited: jobs, on-site capture, CP12 certificates, renewals and invoicing for UK Gas Safe registered engineers, in one mobile-first system. Here is how to contact the team, depending on what you need.

How to contact the team

For support, questions about your account, or anything else, email hello@getmanifold.co.uk and a person who works on the product, not a call centre, will reply. A faster answer usually comes down to the detail you send: the email address your workspace is registered under, which page or feature you were using (for example a specific job, property or certificate), and what you expected to happen against what actually happened. A screenshot of any error message helps too. If you have found a security problem, email security@getmanifold.co.uk instead, as described on the security page: reports sent there are looked into promptly.

Sales and early access

Manifold is in early access for UK gas engineers and firms, from sole traders to small teams sharing a diary. Leave your details on the early access section of the homepage and the team will follow up with plans, prices and a look at the product, or skip straight to it and create an account to try it on your own jobs, with a free 30-day trial and no card required.
