Manifold is field software for UK gas, plumbing and heating engineers, currently in early access. This notice explains, in plain terms, what personal data we collect through this website and why. It will be expanded into a full privacy policy before general availability.

What we collect

• Early-access enquiries. When you ask for early access we collect the name, email address, company and team size, and any message you choose to send.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting collects standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

• To get in touch with you about early access and the product.
• To understand demand so we can shape Manifold around real engineers.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.

We don't sell your personal data, and we only use the details you give us to talk to you about Manifold.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To do any of that, or to ask a question about privacy, email privacy@getmanifold.co.uk.

Engineers' and customers' data inside the product

Within the Manifold app, the records you create — properties, appliances, checks, photos and certificates — belong to your business. They are kept isolated per organisation and used to provide the service to you, not for any other purpose.
