It is ten minutes on a real job to see whether the paperwork genuinely gets easier. What do you get in the 30-day trial?

The whole product, not a stripped-back taster. For 30 days you have the same Manifold a paying engineer uses:

• Capture a check on site: photograph your analyser screen and the appliance data plate, and Manifold reads them and suggests the values for you to confirm. It fills the form; you stay the one who checks and signs it off.
• Build the Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12) straight from the check, then send the landlord or agent their copy and deliver the tenant's, by secure link or PDF, before you've left the drive.
• Let the renewals chase themselves: every record's next-due date is tracked and flagged early, at 60, 30 and 7 days out, so a year of repeat work lines itself up instead of slipping.
• Work with no signal. It's an installable, offline-first app, so the loft, the basement and the van are no obstacle; everything syncs the moment you're back online.

What happens after the 30 days?

Nothing charges automatically, because there is no card on file. If Manifold has earned its place in your week, you pick a plan and carry on; if it hasn't, you simply stop, with no cancellation call to sit through. Plans are priced per engineer, per month, starting at £15 (the popular Growth plan is £20), plus VAT. Whichever tier you choose, the day-to-day core (scheduling, on-site capture, connected records, CP12s and automatic renewal reminders) is included in every plan.

Who is Manifold for?

UK gas engineers, and nothing about that changes with self-serve. It's still built around the working day: CP12s finished on the doorstep, offline capture in the places with no signal, renewals that chase themselves, and a portal where your landlord and agent customers find their own certificates. And it's still a workflow and record-keeping tool, not a regulator. A valid gas safety record can only come from an in-person check by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and the professional judgement on site stays with you. Manifold just takes the writing-up and the chasing off your plate.
